Tried to buy this book tonight to support local authors, but the 13 pt serif font with weird kerning (letter spacing) made me go cross eyed as I tried to flip through it!

Had a lovely few days working in Dartmouth this week. As seen in the photo below, the weather was perfect for taking the ferry to the office from Halifax to Alderney Landing!

For those visiting the HRM in the near future, I recommend the Crobster roll at “The Canteen on Portland” in Dartmouth near the ferry terminal. It was a busy spot for lunch on Tuesday, so I’d suggest reservations if you want to dine in.

In the six floor TD Tower garage, my car is ALWAYS scanned by the parking attendants within 5-10 mins of expiry. I’m not sure how it’s possible unless they track expiry times. Today was 3 minutes. HotSpot, once again, saved me from a $25 fine.

I really like the orange Eco-Max. I buy it at Canadian tire because the 6L value size is a great price, but can find mostly everywhere. Manufactured in Mississauga. Bonus it’s perfume free (scented with essential oils).

There’s no one home so I’m having cheese curds and snap peas for my girl dinner as I try to prep my entire house for Christmas. The cheese is high in protein so there’s that. 🤷♀️
