I have changed to the discover column rather than following column and I am finding that works better for me.I still feel like I must be missing something obvious though.

The weather hasn’t helped because you are stuck in the house.Lots of people,me included,struggle at this time of year anyway without having had a major op - go easy on yourself.Hopefully if the weather improves you can get outside to do your exercises. Hope you have a better day today.
