Human empathy is no longer tolerated.

Yes! Headlines all week have been “man deported to El Salvador” but it’s actually deported AND imprisoned. With no trial or evidence. And the media is helping to normalize that by not differentiating the two! Deported=imprisoned? That’s what the government wants.

People are being too complacent - assuming things will work themselves out as they have in the past - these are not normal times and the bad guys think they have won - who will stop them, or at least slow them down?? Will it take a huge disaster to really see clearly?

Love how they are targeting programs that affect the poorest and most vulnerable Americans..many of whom voted for Trump (those most sensitive to egg prices!) I think he will backtrack and it will be another news cycle for nothing (I hope that’s the case!)
