I live in St. Paul, and I'm still waiting for this morning's paper--although TBH the morning paper is ancient when it arrives. A 5:30 deadline *and* an unreliable delivery from the Iowa plant: It takes the "news" right out of newspaper.

Speaking of training, or lack thereof, today's shooter not only shot Renee Good, but he also nearly hit one of his fellow "officers." And another guy obviously thought he was in the line of fire, as he ducked and lost his balance on the street.
