It's World Mental Health Day. My own may be a little bruised right now (just turned 55, still looking for work, and now looking for a new place to live, too, plus the world in general), but today is a good reminder to look after your own mental health and that of others who could be struggling. 💚

Today I upgraded my: 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro to macOS 26; iPhone 12 Pro to iOS 26; Series 6 Apple Watch to watchOS 26; Apple TV to tvOS 26. This must be Thursday. I never could get the hang of Thursdays.
