Maynard's changes at Barnsley with Stones realising his potential, and which Hinsh couldn't, or wouldn't achieve, resulted in a victory over "best defence" Rochdale so good they packed in. Defence will be sorted. The strategy is NOT to depend on goals. Not enough credit to Maynard, for me. We're much better this season.

I think the clever coaching staff will look at the defence but not at the expense of our deadly striking power. Maynard quickly makes adjustments when we do concede....it happens when our attacks don't result in goals. I'm not at all worried.

The transformation of the club under the Ugglas including hugely effective player and coaching staff recruitment. Maynard a better manager than Hinsh.
