I made beef jerky!!! Note for future: Line the dehydrator racks with parchment in the future so I don't spend 30 minutes painfully peeling off the finished glued on jerky.

Test run of my Ecoflow Delta 2 with my fridge. Looks like it should run it for 24 hours straight.
Need to test the solar panel with it next. It's only 200w, but better than nothing. In a pinch, could run the fridge only on the solar panel, since 107 watts isn't a hard pull with the condenser on.

Just saying, start in grow bags. My whole garden, including watermelon and potatoes are grown in grow bags. Much easier to control the soil and stop pests. But buy container soil, not dirt from the ground. Pic of last years garden for proof.

Heading back to Chicago in coach, rather than in a sleeper, but it turns out they put us in the last car of the train, which is about 1/3 the size of the other coach cars, with super plush seats, and there are only about 5 other people in here.
