La Russia è ormai a tutti gli effetti uno stato canaglia, una gang di banditi armati fino ai denti ma privi di disciplina, onore, codice morale. Una banda di sgherri da film western con il grilletto facile, pronti a uccidere pur di dettar legge sul loro miserabile villaggio di baracche.
