It’s not like I’m uninterested in things either (well, most of the time). And then because I do this it makes me feel extra bad when I feel the tinge to try something new, cause I know I won’t stick with it. Thinking back on all my abandoned projects makes me feel horrible.

I sure wish I had a therapist to give me some advice on that. Lmao

In all seriousness I don’t hate going to therapy. I’m not one of those people. But the act of trying to find therapists, then seeing if they take my insurance, scheduling the appointments, and then even finding out if they are a good fit for me is overwhelming.
