I've spoken about this with my former english teachers. The basic 3-part structure is drilled so heavily not just because of standardized testing but also because it's hard to teach every student what "good writing" really means. So a lot of people don't build natural instincts for writing.

But also remember to disable onedrive in settings before uninstalling it. Once borked windows by uninstalling onedrive, and the file system got two Documents folders in the same location but with different contents
