Bohuslav Martinů won the 1958 Habby Award (the final year it was awarded) for the 3rd movement (of 3, "Poco Allegro") from his Piano Concerto No. 5 in B-flat major (“Fantasia Concertante”). youtu.be/te9x3FOBZQ8
