I love how they keep trying to claim that Virginia is a "deep blue state" even though it currently has a Republican governor and a 6-5 Republican advantage in the House. Harris received only 52% of the 2024 vote.

I think the wiggle room lies in the words "elected to the office of the President." Seems like he could be elected VP and then take over the Presidency one way or another.

I don't think much is beneath them, I don't see how even this SCOTUS could interpret the amendment that way:
"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice..."
That's pretty definitive, isn't it? I don't see a lot of wiggle room for "interpretation."
