do you ever feel like you never actually want to speak to your therapist day of? i think the idea of going through everything that's happened is so tiring it's so much work i'm just not incentivized to put that effort in but we all know i do therapy as normal /shrug

trigger stacking is awful and i wish we had an equivalent in human terms because i'm at my wit's end
