I'm losing track of the dystopian checklist.

It isn't country, but this song is so validating as a protest it haunts me.

"We are not your kind of people
Speak a different language
We see through your lies
We are not your kind of people
Won't be cast as demons
Creatures you despise"

If anyone is planning to play music. This as a protest song just haunts me.

Good read. Those cakes are kinda baller for a march though.

Don't overthink kindness.

If you smelled weird and you were alone—yes.

Protest pastries are also a huge thing. Bakers have a worldwide history of making things to critique power, Hong Kong Mooncakes etc.

I wish I didn't have anosmia. (inability to smell a great deal)

Olfactory damage is pretty common after covid, but I had it before.

I don't vape, but I get nervous what I smell like. Including if I put on too much of something.

She's profiting off a tell all book about a sexting affair with a nepobaby fascist who put hamsters in a blender to feed his raptors and already had forty actual affairs and told his wife to kill herself and then she did.
As a journalist, she should know all of this. Shame and ignominy have a place.

This interview really set me off too. I haven't laughed so hard in a theater in years and the amount of people outraged by it are clowns. Guy is literally saying "It already feels outdated in October 2025." They're literally abducting people for being brown every week.
‘One Battle After Another’ Is a Hit with Critics Because It ‘Aligns with a Leftist Sensibility,’ Says Bret Easton Ellis: ‘There’s a Liberal Mustiness to This Movie’
Bret Easton Ellis says critics love 'One Battle After Another' because it has 'leftist sensibilities.'

Honestly the best gamers are almost like robots who barely acknowledge they have an audience. It's insufferable if you aren't very familiar with the difficulty of what they're doing.

That's kinda the best part of Twitch for audiences lmao

Also you're running out of time

I recommended the strangest puzzle game for Patreon once when the vote was in the middle of the month.

It's called Manifold Garden. You manipulate gravity in an MC Escher infinite stairs world.

What makes me cry is that they are price gouging insulin. I had a coworker have to rely on a network of diabetic friends that ensure they get insulin to each other to keep each other alive.

I was worried when they would get to Minneapolis. Oh my city. I've seen you burn down once.

This is so outrageous and strange. As someone who was diagnosed with autism very late in life it feels like I suddenly have a target on my back and I have to keep quiet about it.

Including that it is most likely caused by HAR genes.

Idk but I know you can make cauliflower taste like anything if you cut and dip it right. My family makes it imitate rice.

Between the Turd Reich and things like this—we really have the shittiest dystopia I could think of. It's not even Black Mirror—it's Brown Mirror.
October 5, 2025 at 4:58 PM
That's chilling. I've already seen my neighborhood burn down in riots once. I feel like we're on the edge of something worse.

I've struggled to clap in unison with groups 😦🤫

Watching Station 11. The line "To the monsters, we are monsters" hits hard because they are absolute monsters and spinning it around.
