Another potentially relevant point is that FromSoftware evidently retained the rights to Sekiro, whereas Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, and Bloodborne are out of their hands and they had to actively buy back the rights to Elden Ring. As such, Sekiro may have been their most convenient IP to utilize.

A lot of Hollow Knight tracks' calm loops (definitely Fungal Wastes, Forgotten Crossroads, Crystal Peak, Kingdom's Edge, and Godhome, maybe Greenpath, Queen's Gardens, White Lady, White Palace, Dirtmouth, City of Tears, or Soul Sanctum) have a similar vibe
