Nothing is ever cancelled, but what will be possible in reality is a big question. I doubt they can do anything beyond NEM/UM/ShM combo in the coming 10 years.

..Next out is Maksim Nesterov, the Head of Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center (a.k.a Star City). His deputy (and a former cosmonaut) Oleg Kononenko was appointed interim head.
