Housing rents rise every year, ABOVE inflation, while mortgage repayments stay ~same.

Landlords should not have renters paying their entire mortgage AND keep the property AND rising profit.

Rent should equal 5% property value+maintenance costs+small profit. Landlord's return is asset's value.
