I used to have this cover of the Italian ‘Internazionale’ hanging on my office door for a while.

two recent updates from me are that a) it’s time for a Marxist Christmas sweater (featured below) and b) last week I passed my thesis defence and am now a doctor of laws: soon to be unemployed, with a bad cold and a very unclear migration status, but a doctor nevertheless.

Always inspiring, professor Anne Orford spoke yesterday about the changing political and natural environment and how can lawyers think about change without undue investment in the status quo.

Since this beauty got delivered today, I will say a few words about this thesis I’ve written in lieu of introduction.
