Man charged with murder after human remains found at a tip during search for missing Melbourne teenager Isla Bell
Detectives from the Missing Persons Squad have charged a 53-year-old man with murder and a 57-year-old man with assisted murder after the disappearance of 19-year-old Brunswick woman Isla Bell.
