Heh, yeah, looked both at cross- and within-region. Similar results. Within region had a higher yield, but still sparse.

Likewise, we checked for theta-HFA phase amplitude coupling and were only able to detect it in one or two channels from one or two patients, nothing that was consistent across channels or patients 😔.

We analyzed both theta coherence and phase coherence and observed a strong burst agnostic of condition that appeared to be event related. Maybe the two regions were experiencing simultaneous phase resets? We didn’t see conflict related differences in coherence though.

We combined the cong and neutral trials because we didn’t see significant differences when we analyzed the behavior. Also, in comparing the spectrograms, they exhibited very similar patterns.

We did look. The regions synchronized in response to all stimuli (conflict/no-conflict). Interestingly, it wasn’t modulated by conflict like others have reported in the past.
