I feel your frustration. It seems so obvious that bigotry among working class people plays into the bourgeois divide and conquer strategy. Bigots should be made aware that their irrational hatreds are control levers for the ruling class.

P.S. This wouldn't even represent ultimate labor justice. Adjusting wages for inflation and productivity is the most mild of things we should aim to accomplish. Total abolition of capitalism and the state is the ultimate justice we can strive towards.
