It has more ways for people to fight against the government, like for example, in Switzerland if the government enacts a law and someone doesn't like it, all they need to do is collect 50 k signatures to take it to a referendum.

But, for the moment, I'm gonna hypothetically concede the point that people need a government, and if I HAD to live in such a society what would I consider to be the less toxic government.
