i was heavily teargassed and STILL have bruises on my hands from being cuffed and dragged through the street. what was i doing? i was on my knees with my hands up, trying to ask the officer across from me about his family and telling him about my own, and begging him to protect us.

i was also arrested by the state patrol last saturday for peacefully assembling after alex's murder. I was released after three days but am now being told i'm being charged with two misdemeanors. i have a gofundme here: www.gofundme.com/f/help-miria...
