Working class locals aren't responsible. Rich people are. Powerful people are. The rich need to be dealt with in the streets. Same with the police. You are either with us in fighting the billionaires and cops who caused this, or we will fight you too.

Because the highest level of accountability and responsibility is invested in those with the most power first, which is what the Constitution says if you read it. This has nothing to do with voting. Voting doesn't allow our leaders to ignore the Constitution and break the law.
