I mostly feel that my desired are pretty much uncertain. Basically something that doesn't even exist in the material realm I guess. Just something that I might see from the corners of my eye, but then I look for it and it disappears leaving behind a very vague feeling

I have both in UBP, but don't really connect with the statement that my purpose is to take care of my body. Honestly have pretty much neglected that aspect most of my life :(
I mean I do try to be healthy, exercise often, but not in an obsessive fashion
