He loves cats and 90s/2000s internet culture stuff because by the future point in time he lives in it's considered "retro" and has probably cried that he will never meet Tony Hawk or Hatsune Miku.

Something I had to painfully learn that I would like to pass on to you if you have judgments is that you almost always know a lot more queer people than you think you do, so please be open to learning about how queer people feel before you hurt someone you love.

I think about this comic so often. So much story is packed into only 5 pages, it feels much longer than it is (in a great way). I always want to see more of these two by the end but it wraps up perfectly!
