So the fact that outlets *have* reported on Neil Gaiman and haven’t received a takedown notice means that there’s no UK superinjunction in place, barring all reportage.

So what’s io9’s excuse at this point? Or BleedingCool? Boing Boing? Or for that matter, the Guardian? The New York Times?

The Terry Pratchett estate are being very understanding for the people who can't in good conscience contribute to a Gaiman project. If you are also considering canceling your pledge you can go to the GO kickstarter page and "ask a question" and request a refund. They replied in a couple of hours 4/4
