You can do it with digital.
1. Sacrifice a body cap:
2. Make a hole in the center of the cap.
3. Stick aluminium foil over the hole and pinprick that foil in the centre.
4. Mount the lens cap on the body.
5. Put the camera on a tripod or hard surface, outside for lots of light.
Could be 24 secs.
