DOJ submits an evasive declaration a little after the deadline. Just a few hours later, Boasberg sua sponte enters an order saying it's not sufficient, ordering a March 21 filing about states secrets, and requiring them to show cause why they didn't violate the TRO by March 25.

I'm still figuring out what to do here -- how much personal information to share, what information/observations I might have which would valuable for others. So I'll probably be mostly silent for now, and maybe I'll comment on posts when I think I have a cogent/relevant contribution.
