Hi everyone! 👋
We are AnalyteMe — an online platform that helps scientists, students, and labs find what they need: instruments, labs, services, and resources.
Our goal is to make information neutral, accurate, and accessible.
Looking forward to learning and connecting here!

Reliability in analytical instruments - the core of any lab work.
What could actually improve it:
• service contracts
• independent engineers
• remote support
• better training
• AI
• something else?

If we were a modern “School of Athens” for labs - what’s your Service Philosophy?

Online reviews work great for phones or restaurants,
but when it comes to complex lab instruments, things get tricky.
Professional ties make honest feedback risky, and the usual star model just doesn’t fit science.
Maybe it’s time for a space built for real experience sharing?

Older devices were built to last - sometimes literally for decades.
Today’s systems are smaller, faster, smarter.
But they’re also made for quick replacement and constant upgrades.

Progress never stands still.
Durability just means something different now.

Some people are afraid to use AI.
They don’t really fear AI itself -
they fear losing control over something they don’t understand.
The irony? The only way to fix that is to get closer to it.

AI is changing what it means to be a scientist.

From the polymath who knew across disciplines
to the specialist devoted to a single field -
the idea of expertise keeps evolving.

The next shift might already be here.

AI isn’t dangerous because it’s wrong.
It’s dangerous because it sounds right.

That’s the real risk -
we don’t see the error unless we’re experts.
And trusting it too much can hurt.

The fix?
Not “bigger AI”.
Smarter, narrower AI built for your domain.
