Again, I will flex my chops as a studio owner here because this point NEEDS to be made: disabled talent are VALID.
I have autism, ADHD, severe social anxiety and possibly dyslexia (recently discovered). My sciatica gets so bad, I’ll be bedridden for months. I can’t drive.
We. Are. Valid.

I love voiceover & I am so grateful to be a part of our industry.
But unfortunately, a big part of it that needs to change is the ableism that has made its way into it.
These are all things that were said to me as a disabled talent.
