Hey #believeinfilm friends,

Kodak Snapic A1 kicks off the 2026 analogue review season with weak specs but in a fantastic package.

Hey #believeinfilm friends,

This holiday break, I went to Mexico City, and this is the photo essay about it:

Happy New Year, friends!

This is what I looked like in 2025:

1. Testing Polaroid BW 600 in unmodified SX-70.
2. Testing reversal with Rodinal with Phoenix 200.
3. Comparing Kodacolor 100 to Pro Image 100.
4. Testing double-exposure with Snapic A1.

Someone from the US and China, with JavaScript enabled, visits my website page by page (I see it in my analytics).

This is fairly unusual for me. Has this happened to you? Would you say it's worth investigating?

Hey #believeinfilm friends,

Today's review is for a very capable black-and-white film developer, Ilford Microphen:

It helped me get the results Rodinal could never dream of: pushing HP5+ 7 stops […]

Hey #believeinfilm friends,

If you know of or shot with Kodak Aerocolor IV, you may've heard of SantaColor — a brand that was the first to bring this surveillance medium to 35mm film cameras.

Well, Optik Oldschool, a German film lab, has now taken over the production and distribution of this […]

Too bad Lomography has discontinued this gem in favour of their new point-and-shoot (which uses the same/similar […]

Hey #believeinfilm friends,

Today I review Kodacolor 100 — a surprise stock from Kodak that launched this fall:

lol this is in CAD but damn near a hundred bucks for a roll of film is insanely overpriced. Combined with a system that bubbles the most expensive products to the top of the email, it's a robbery attempt.

If anyone here is shopping for film and wondering what an […]

Hey #believeinfilm friends,

I have a tip for you on how to push film without actually push-processing it:
