Today I am at my Alma mater, the university of Porto, where I did my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in archaeology between 2007 - 2012. This time I am here as an invited speaker with different generations of peers on a workshop celebrating 50years of democracy.

after 4 months of weekly travelling between Spain and Portugal, I am finally more than 1 week in the same place! I decided to work from home the 1st week of the year and my stress and anxiety levels dropped considerably. These 2 are the reason why! 💜
