I keep thinking about what a hard time to be alive at see what’s going on around us but then I remember that there has been plenty of ages where times were tough and they all survived maybe not the way they wanted but it all led up to what we have today. Good and bad. It made us who we are.

Ask for help whenever you’re overwhelmed. Don’t worry about bothering anyone. If no one know how you’re feeling they can’t support you. Mental illness is something that people keep hidden but truth be told there’s not anyone who’s not impacted by mental illness. No shame in this. We are here for you

Don’t look at it as fucking with you. Look at it as how hard she is trying to show you she’s still there. She’s leaving you with no doubt she’s with you and will be there tomorrow and the day after that until you are together again. (Even if it’s a little annoying lol)
