What recourse is there? Who holds the executive branch - head of the military - to a court order? Who arrests for contempt of court? Is the actual power of the courts dependent on an executive branch that follows the law?

As a North Carolinian - Tillis is about Tillis and always will be. I would wonder too but it would be a waste of energy. What’s important is that he gives zero shits about his constituents but wears the right color to get elected here.
