These times can feel hopeless, but documenting a small part of yesterday’s No Kings rally in Chicago was cathartic and energizing. Being surrounded by tens of thousands of people who also reject this lunacy restored my faith in humanity.

New Reel from Saturday’s Air Show is live. This still shot is from my favorite clip of the day. www.instagram.com/reel/DNb_pVS...

This paragraph is by Kyle Chayka for the @newyorker.com. I've had a strong feeling for the past six months or so that a massive shift is upon us in social media, and I think Posting Zero is already here.

Today was my first and I'm so glad I went out to document this moment. Here are some pics from Chicago.

They never should have gotten rid of the real gardens in the first place. Why would anyone actively destroy green space in a city? Looks like a the karma train just rolled into the station.

I love when my friends text me pics of their kids in front of my quote at Disney. I can't believe this mural is still up. And it's also a bit heartbreaking to realize how the "Living with the Land" exhibit is more relevant than ever. 🌎 We need to do better. There's no Earth 2.0 waiting in galaxy.

I’ve been capturing the tulips on Michigan Ave for 8 years and seen blooms as early as April 10 & as late as May 11. First two shots from May 2018, one of the strongest seasons. 2022 was solid too (last pic, w/purple), but no tulips in those containers the past two years. Let’s see what 2025 brings!

This is the timelapse I shot for my client, LondonHouse Chicago.

Here is the Reel sped up even more www.instagram.com/reel/DHOnee3v7bu/?igsh=MXF6cmMwcTFqd2NsYQ== — but I think I like this longer version better. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t even know anymore. Content creation fatigue is real.

Seeing all the little kayaks on the green river after the dye boats are done might be my favorite part of the whole spectacle. #chicago
