Her car was moving backward when he pulled his gun. You can see the car's reverse lights. Then you can also see the tires being turned to the right away from the officer before she starts moving the vehicle forward. Again, he pulled his gun while she was moving BACKWARD.

I thought statuary marble was nearly white, which is why it's used to make statues and is very expensive???
