Totally agree. As I say to my really old patients, “the only thing I’m intent on preventing at this point is a fall.”

Exactly. Endemic does not equal mild. The accumulated data hardly indicates covid isn’t a big deal. It’s a leading cause of death and very infectious. Like WTF.

My regional airport has a direct flight to SD, and it’s so much easier to go in/out of than LAX. Being an SD native, dodging buildings with a plane just doesn’t bother me much 🤣

I grew up in SD. I’ve never thought much about the airport bc it’s such a fixture. And once you’ve seen hundreds of planes never hit the building, you just take it for granted. 🤣🤷♀️
