I'm marooned in Cheshire 'cos I'm unsure of the state of the roads back to the Peak & worried about getting stuck (hello, perimenopausal anxiety/overthinking) but I just saw a female gt spotted woodpecker on the bird feeder outside which has cheered me up. #TinyJoys

If anyone needs to gird their loins this morning, here’s a handy guide (until this morning, I thought it was something to do with thighs.)
A six box grid with each box showing one step of how to gird your loins or tie up you tunic ready to fight. Box 1 is a man in a long tunic. Box 2 shows him gathering the skirt of the tunic.
