I haven’t given her a cent, but her information helped me advocate for myself, and I was able to get on HRT. I feel much more like myself again. No more brain fog or horrible mood swings. She’s doing a great service for women.

She makes it very clear you don’t need to buy her supplements, especially not from her. If you call increasing protein, cutting sugar and alcohol diet culture, ok. Some call it “healthy.” She gives out a lot of information for free and has at least one free program that I know of.
