Having already seen Oppenheimer, I decided to twin seeing Barbie with Aftersun (Baftersun? Barbiesun? Afterbie?) which was not a great decision, tonally, but I did have a nice lunch in between.

My version of @nigella.bsky.social’s fish finger bhorta to have later and tomorrow. Often too fatigued to cook, I used up my trusty pre-chopped veg from the freezer for ease but I think it’s a success? Battered fish fingers are a new favourite.

Surely this can only mean four years of good luck, using the ol’ yolk a year measure?

Utterly obsessed with it

I took myself on a solo culture day to celebrate some good news and flew too close to the sun energy-wise but it was worth it. Oppenheimer is interesting (would be mediocre without Cillian); saw some friendly faces and got some treats in Tenderbooks; caught St Francis at the NG before it closes!
