Tim, this is a terrible choice. You will have held out for 40 days for nothing. They’re not going to extend the ACA subsidies and will never rehire your RIF’d constituents. This won’t fix your constituents’ problems and all Americans’ health care costs are about to skyrocket. Bad deal. Say no.
