I really worry, and I think Shou is worried too, that any ambiguity in allowing TT to operate will put the platform and all of us as users at risk. Whether Drump weaponizes the DOJ to force TT to hand over data, or hands it to meta? Shou needs a reliable solution. But he’s playing the game for now

Agreed. Spent my first real amount of time scrolling here last night and found myself contemplating my own confirmation bias. The fact that some of us are able to consider that and check it is good. But even the most rational will start to get too comfortable. It’s not healthy.
