Just started Buffalo Hunter Hunter and am already in a committed relationship with it. Also just started I Will Find You and it will be faced paced thriller I think. Almost finished listening to Lost Among the Living. A lot of family secrets and intrigue. Easy supernatural story.

😹 this is absolutely true.

I just finished Hungerstone by Kat Dunn and the vampire here, alongside the actual vampire, is the human condition and it is a BEAST. And I mean this as a compliment to the writing. This will stay with me for a long time, as long as an immortal life can last, I suppose.

I love picture books so much I am still reading them even though my kids are in their 20s.

The Questioner Series by Andrea Beaty and illustrated by David Roberts is an absolute favorite.

This is mine. I read Birds of Opulence and Perfect Black by Crystal Wilkinson last year and thought they were stunning. I can't wait to read Praisesong this month. I am currently reading The Monsters We Defy by Leslye Penelope and it is so so good. Highly recommend.
