I copyedited, and wrote back cover copy for, so many traditional Regencies back in the day. I loved them wholeheartedly. "Banter" was paramount.

Me and two of my friends went to see it in...ninth grade? Which was weird enough (I think we thought it was just a romance) but because we'd also seen Stripes, we all wore lavender Death Before Disco sweatshirts. I still love the movie.
