Today's teacher 'fit - it's the school's Thanksgiving luncheon, so the turkey brooch needed another showing. I knew there would be pumpkin pie, so my pumpkin pie earrings had to be worn. And I've been waiting for it to be cold enough to wear my new autumn leaves sweater. Happy Friday! & fall break!

Off to a rough start today. Got harassed by an unhoused guy who seems to be harassing all the women he sees on my street. Was late to cheer practice and the parking garage was closed, so I gave up and drove to the middle school. I'll get lots of work done here before class starts.

Went to the LA Wine & Food Festival this evening. Ludo Lefebvre is one of my fav chefs. Our kids got to take a couple of cooking classes with him many years ago. We told him that, and he was so nice and chatty.

I got to meet Teoscar Hernandez today!!! He came to visit my middle school. He's so nice! I had to run up to meet him, as I had a class at the high school. I only knocked over a few eighth graders. (I'm kidding! No 8th graders were harmed!)

Today's teacher 'fit - I met the Sheep Mowers at UC Davis. I think all lawnmowers should be replaced with sheep! I survived conferences, but I'm SO TIRED! But I'm done with them til next week.
