That’s easier said than done when you have to do live Zoom meetings and they’re outside this timezone. I know someone from NZ who does a lot of international work and she’s always up late or on planes and spent six weeks in UK last year because it was easier for her work.

I will say though after getting mugged in 2022 with all ID and some other stuff taken, ALL the help and support came from Ugandans. The expat (immigrant) community is known for being a bit toxic (as these groups are in other places).

Yes I know UG is good for that - the locals and the mzungus 🤣. Some of the mzungus probably worse actually.

I was in Van in late Sept 2023 and thought the weather brilliant. You get a lot more sun than in Europe.
