Just a photo of little Dilly. We've had her about two months now and she's definitely settling more and sleeping through the night. We're just starting to see her playful personality I think. 🥰

Ran 15 miles to an outdoor pool in the peak district on Friday and still sore, but also still buzzing from such a fab morning. Lovely to swim outdoors without the fear of leeches or field runoff 😂 and having the view of the hills was just amazing. Photo from half way through the run.

Went out tonight to play crazy golf with some random themed rooms, like a Barbie room with a bath in it. Ended up drinking apple sourz and some other weird shots and playing pool. Felt like I was in my early 20s again, until it got to 11:30 and I realized I really needed to go to sleep. 😆

haha I should do that. Especially now we've got a new addition to the family - Dilly, who seems to love sleeping as much as Joe. 😆 When she's not asleep she's a cuddler! Joe is not keen on the cuddles (yet).

The fireworks around Sheffield tonight have been so loud and constant. It's a relief that Joe is OK with them (at least when he's indoors).

Took yesterday off work to run 20 miles around a park in Daventry. Back to work today for research analysis... I got to 4pm before my brain and body just gave up. I feel absolutely wrecked. 😵💫

My lovely Rivelin trail is under the water. 😔 I knew climate change would destroy it sooner or later but I didn't expect it to be now. Fingers crossed the council will try and repair as much as possible once the water level has reduced. 💔
