They are not enforcing any laws. They have invaded and occupied a city and now are laying siege to it. They are a rogue paramilitary force. They do not believe that any laws apply to them. They do not believe that any laws protect Minnesotans. They are wrong, but they are armed.

I think the only true words in that paragraph are ”something else”. I would be very surprised if 10 people, let only 10% of people are happy to see them or engage with them in any way other than telling them to leave. No one is happy about this in Minneapolis.
