Ok I know technically it’s three days but my family do Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve so technically it’s two days for me and I am overwhelmed by cheese stress don’t expect me to know what day it is.

I’m so sorry you have to endure that, this may not help much but if you can tolerate them the Deep Heat patches (or similar brands) help me with relaxing my muscles etc and one on your neck might help ease the muscle tension a bit?
